Most commercial flooring goes wrong in one of two places - the wrong product for the traffic, or a subfloor that was never made ready. We quote both, in writing, before the job starts.
JT Flooring Warehouse has been supplying and installing floors out of Gateshead since 1995. The install crew is ours: trade-qualified, inducted, insured, and the same faces from the first day on site to the defect walk-through. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor.
We work to your programme - after hours, over term breaks, room by room in an occupied building - and we price to your specification, with product data, slip ratings and warranty documentation supplied as part of the handover.

Supply
Product selection, samples and specification pricing - including custom-made carpet where the design calls for it. We hold trade accounts with the mills, so lead times are real ones.
Measure
A site measure with the drawings in hand. Setting-out, seam placement, transitions and thresholds are agreed before a roll is cut.
Preparation
Removal of existing floor coverings, grinding, moisture testing and levelling. The subfloor is signed off before anything is laid over it.
Installation
Our own trade-qualified crew, inducted and insured, working to the agreed programme - after hours, staged or in one hit, whichever suits the site.
Handover
Final clean, defect walk-through, and the warranty, care and product documentation handed over as a set.
Carpet Tile
Modular, replaceable and quiet underfoot. The default for offices, classrooms and corridors - a damaged tile is swapped, not patched.
Sheet Vinyl
Seamless homogeneous and heterogeneous sheet for health, aged care and education. Hard-wearing, cleanable and easy to maintain.
Hybrid
Rigid waterproof core with a commercial wear layer. Timber look without the moisture risk - suits cafes, retail and breakout spaces.
Timber
Engineered timber and heavy-duty finishes for reception areas, boardrooms and hospitality floors where the material has to be seen.
Custom Carpet
Axminster and custom-printed broadloom made to a design, for hotels, clubs and function spaces. Colour matched to the brand or the interior scheme.
